For the next few weeks I'll be taking all these games and either justifying or condemning it's place on the list and unfortunately...I believe less than half of these games belong on here. For the games that I haven't played I'll just go ahead and skip em..unless I know that even though I haven't played through it that it does not belong on this list.

Today's game is Resident Evil 4

Also..spoilers.

Resident Evil 4

Capcom is renowned for cheesy dialogue and lame "cheesy movie" cutscenes, and Resident Evil 4 is no different ("She really pushed it"). The last bit of gameplay starts with you facing off against another Silent Hill looking monster, and while most of this game's bosses ranged from annoying to downright frustrating, this boss ended rather quickly with Ada handing you a super rocket launcher, taking out the boss in one hit. There's a little twist, Ada betrays you for the zombie cure or something, I dunno. I was playing this game without really paying attention to story. Anyway long story short, island blows up, you save Ashley, she asks you for some...overtime. BLEHHHHHH. I won't even explain the rest, it's real bad. To show the extent of it's badness, I'll link the video.

*don't miss the ride into the sunset*

Don't get me wrong, RE4 wasn't a horrible game. On the Wii it was pretty playable, and fun, despite being a bit more actiony than most RE games, although none of them take the action cake quite as well as RE5 does. Though does it belong on this list?

Nope.

Why? Simply because it's a horrendously put together cutscene, leaving the player unsatisfied with no sense of accomplishment after beating a pushover of a boss. The story in RE4 is engaging, but I wouldn't say it's engaging enough to be really put off by the betrayal of Ada. That  loose end isn't even tucked away nicely, it's simply left there...hanging.

:|  was my face after i beat the game. Although I think you get a pretty snazzy looking suit for a New Game+ mode so..that's a bonus if you like suits.
