Back at School
Yep. Haven't been posting much since I started school again, but I made this during a figure drawing session tonight, and I thought it looked kind of cool! It's done in black pen, red micron, cherry red, and carmine water color pencil, and to tie it all together, WATER BRUSH PEN!
my greatest investment (7 dollars at Robert's Bookstore) of all time! Just fill it with water and you're good to go! I've done plenty of drawings with just one fill too!

Had a midterm today to study for, and two quizzes tomorrow, which will explain why I didn't post yesterday and why I'm not posting today. Sorry! The analysis of the top 50 "best" game endings by Guinness will continue tomorrow.
'Ave some songs for now.
Yeah...it's not her song, but I like her voice better. So shoot me, hahaha.

Anyone who has noticed the pattern will know that I've seen the movie Cadillac Records recently. Hahahah, it ain't too good, but I really like the music from that era, so any movie with that genre I'll watch without question.

Flirting and Protesting
I woke up on Saturday morning with a nagging feeling in the pit of my stomach. All week I had known about the day of action but I wasn't planning on going.

Post #15: Recovery day!
Sorry for the short post yesterday, I had a soccer game and I was pooped.
Today I'm not too sore, which is good, but my ankle is still sore after I rolled it yesterday.
Anyway, the Grammys are today and in honor of Skrillex winning a whopping 3 awards. I'll post a Skrillex thang here.

Switcheroo
So in that drawing I made of Dood 'n Rook in the style of Bill Watterson's Calvin and Hobbes, Arjay was bothered that he didn't get to be Calvin. So in order to show Arjay how disturbing and impractical it would be if I were Hobbes, and he were Calvin, I just drew up this quick sketch.
I saw this on the cover of one of Arjay's Calvin and Hobbes collections in his bathroom and thought it would be appropriate, unfortunately I haven't been in there long enough to flip through it yet.

Today I saw the Statue of Liberty change shifts. There's a tax place a couple blocks away from where I live who has people dressed up as the Statue of Liberty to advertise their place. Today I saw TWO, count 'em TWO statues of liberty, but it was only for a fleeting moment, as the other one walked walked and faded into nothingness. :|
Anyway.. check this out.

Post #12: Oh, you know nothin' much, just...
Got my sweet sweet new baby monitor! I've got 3 screens set up, two are dedicated to my laptop and one is dedicated to my xbox, which would be the new giant monitor that Mimi gave to me. As I wait for this guy on Fifa to stop watching the end of the game highlights I'll get on with me postin eh?
Please don't think less of me..

A Soft Revolution
I took this title from a song by the band Stars, I thought it applies to how I feel about this project that I

Hallo. Today was monday, and today was boring. I had all three classes today, my math classes are alright, they're not long enough for me to get bored in, but my Unix class is just stoops. Hahaha.
So Mimi's dad is going to buy her a new widescreen monitor, and guess who gets her old one. DISGUY. If I can clear enough space on my desk.. I can have 3 monitors. Yep, just sit and let that one sink in for a while... Ahhhhh..

One of the Greatest Things in Life
Are watercolor pencils! I just bought some today from Michael's Crafts store. I wasn't really expecting the pencils to be so great for the price, but they are! Even better that they were only five dollars! Here are some experiments I did

Break is over, bleh!
I haven't been posting because I've been back at school. Which is good, but sometimes a drag. Anyhow...I thought I would just loosen up and just appreciate the good stuff in life! This is Dood 'n Roosk in a parody of Arjay's favorite comics, Bill Watterson's Calvin and Hobbes!!! Cynicism and optimism in perfect harmony!
